Saudi Exports Development Authority launches new ERP system
Netways implemented Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution for the Saudi Exports Development Authority in order to streamline and automate its day to day operations effectively. In which it can generate reports and dashboards to ease the decision making process and optimize operations.
Microsoft AX works efficiently and facilitates business decision making by providing user with the appropriate numbers and reports to act confidently.
Below are the implemented modules:
- Financial Management Modules which include General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budget and Bank Management.
- Procurement and Sourcing Modules which include: Product Management, RFQ, Purchase Order, Purchase Agreement
- Project Accounting
- Human Resources and Training
- Netways developed a complete payroll localized for KSA and automated all the employees’ services, placed them in the enterprise portal, and activated the related workflows. Some examples that were implemented are: Leave Request, Back from Leave, Loan Request and Overtime Request.
