As a continuity for the development of the hygiene sector, the General Manager for cleanliness and Maradim, architect Sami Khallaf, launched the cleanliness operations control room containing the latest technologies available to monitor the performance of the equipment that are being operated by over 8000 workers within 9 hygiene contracts across 14 municipalities within the province of Jeddah. During the inauguration of the control room, his Excellency the Secretary, Dr. Hani Bin Mohammad Abou Ras, was keen that Jeddah Municipality keeps on developing its services in order to improve the hygiene service performance.
Developed by Netways, “Rased” mobile application relies on an electronic system to monitor the field observations by providing coordinates and images, and by using handheld devices. Observations will be transferred automatically to the operating room and the contractor. Violators can pay the due amounts directly to the inspector or using SADAD to pay online.
